📜Online French lessons for TEF, TCF, DALF, DELF

I am sure you have already heard of these exams, since they are widely recognized and may be required for studies, employment or immigration procedures in French-speaking countries. There are a lot of them and they are all different, but here are my TOP-7 :

  • TCF (Test de Connaissance du Français) : A French language exam for non-native speakers, assessing skills in oral and written comprehension, as well as written and oral expression (compréhension orale, compréhension écrite, expression écrite, expression orale). It is often required for academic or professional purposes.
  • TCF IRN (Intégration, Résidence et Nationalité) : A specific version of the TCF designed for those seeking French residency or nationality.
  • TEF (Test d’Évaluation de Français) : An internationally recognized test often used for immigration, study or employment applications.
  • DELF (Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française) : An official diploma issued by the French Ministry of National Education (Le ministère français de l’Éducation nationale), certifying the level of proficiency in French of non-native speakers (A1-B2).
  • DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française) : An advanced level diploma (C1,C2) that attests to a thorough mastery of the French language.
  • TCF Canada : Specifically designed for people wishing to immigrate to Canada, it assesses the level of French required by Canadian authorities (les autorités canadiennes).
  • TEFAQ (Test d’Évaluation de Français pour l’Accès au Québec) : A test similar to the TEF, but specifically designed for candidates for immigration to Quebec.
  • Ev@lang : A placement test that assesses the level of French, used by various language centers to guide learners.

😤 Wow, that’s a lot of exams ! But don’t feel overwhelmed.
